For OEM/ODM orders of LED lighting products with your companies label and logo branding, two aspects of the LED lighting products can be customized and labeled according to your branding requirements and to match your corporate identity, namely the product label and the packing box.
For labels on the LED lighting products, there are 3 types of commonly used labels for OEM productions:
1. Adhesive labels
2. Screen printed labels
3. Laser engraved labels
Adhesive labels are easily doable and possible starting from 50pcs or more.
Screen printed labels are doable starting from 100 pcs, if quantity lower than 100pcs, we need to charge for an additional fee for laser engraving of US$ 0.30 per unit.
Packing boxes, especially for full-color printed boxes, 500pcs or more is accepted.

5. How much will the shipping cost me?

6. How long will it take before I receive my order?
For small orders, upon receipt your payment, your order will be processed by us immediately. Your order will usually pass final quality control and be ready for dispatch via UPS , Fedex or DHL within 3-4 working days, then total 7working days to your destination.
Note that large volumes orders of several thousand units may take additional time in production, and in cases of large volume wholesale orders you may want to discuss your detailed delivery schedule with us so that we can make sure to meet your timeline.

7. Can I track the status of my order online?

Yes, once your LED wholesale order has passed final quality control and is out for dispatch via express delivery by DHL Fedex or UPS you will get notified with the tracking number via email so that you can conveniently track your consignment online.
UPS, Fedex and DHL offer online tracking services with close to real-time tracking of consignments. In most cases your consignment will arrive within a 3-4 days after it's been dispatched and you have received your tracking number.
8. Do the products you sell come with warranty?
Yes, all products we sell have 3-5 years manufactures warranty. The warranty time may change depending on different led product, All our led products must be installed as per our manual by a licensed electrician. Failure to do so will void your warranty. Also any repair, alteration or tampering of the fitting without the approval of the manual will also void your warranty.
9. My Product is faulty, what do i do now?
1. If you receive a product that you think is defective, take a photo to show us by email, after discussed by live chat or email, if the faulty and damage is within manufacturing workmanship, we can arrange for replacement, the return shipment cost will be charged by us, in case it is damaged by factitiously factor such as incorrect installation, we have right refuse to replace or maintain.
2. Whilst we take great care to ensure that your items arrive safely, sometime breakages do occur during transit. Please check your items carefully and report any damaged goods to us within 7 days of receipt. A refund or store credit is only available if the product is no longer available. Unfortunately we can’t be held liable for breakages that are not reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
3. We reserve the right to test any returned defective product. If the condition of the product was misrepresented to us by the customer, we may impose a $55 handling and administration fee.
4. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return delivery to us
10. If I am not satisfied can I return any items?
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will accept returns on products that are returned in exactly the same condition and packaging that they were sent out to you within 30 days of purchase. We will then try to re-sell those items therefore we can not accept returns on products that have been installed or products that are not returned in the exact condition in which they were sent out to you.
